We enjoyed our stay so much, that we will definitely be back. Jane and Stephen were really friendly and helpful, the cottages were well appointed, and we really enjoyed being able to get out and about the reserve in absolute peace and quiet. Highly recommended.
It wasn't what I expected... Next time we will take a bakkie cause we couldn't drive and see the animals.
Pleasant stay in the bush. Chalet had everything you needed. Nice place to get away from it all. They need to tell visitors without a 4x4 that some roads are off llimits...we however enjoyed the 4x4 experience!
We stayed at Podica and really enjoyed the tranquillity. That was exactly what we were looking forward to. We would have loved to drive around in the reserve but had to limit the driving due to a back operation a few weeks ago. Although there were only two other vehicles and the quests at the other chalets were very considerate, the entrance to the chalets is very close to No 1. I suggest that you divert the road and entrance.
Perfect for family safaris or small groups of friends looking to experience true African hospitality and wildlife in a private, luxury safari lodge set within a private game reserve.
