This ground-floor apartment can accommodate 8 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed and 1 separate single bed, and has access to the second separate bathroom which has a bath and shower. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed. There is also 1 single-day bed in a semi-private area of the apartment.

The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a 4-plate electric stove, and other appliances and utensils. There is a separate living area which has a Smart TV with YouTube, limited DStv channels, and Netflix. The main living area has an indoor braai facility, an 8-seater dining table, and large comfortable lounge area which leads onto a covered patio offering beautiful views of Melkbos Beach.

Private off-street parking is available, behind locked gates of the property. In addition, the property is within close proximity to restaurants, a few shops, and other facilities in the town.
