- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Breakfast at OnTheRocks is served between 08h30 and 10h30
The Jacuzzi is available from 3-7 pm.
Please cover the Jacuzzi and pool when finish swimming.
Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum, noise after 10 pm and before 6 pm is not allowed.
Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in / preferably prior to arrival.
The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
Reservation of deck chairs by placing towels is not permitted.
Whilst an indoor braai and pizza oven is provided, guests are requested to clean up after their use and place all cutlery and crockery in the dishwasher and wash.
Bathroom towels and swimming towels are for your own personal use for the duration of your stay and must remain on the premises, beach towels are not provided.

No breakfast. The reservation of deck chairs does not apply.
Cancellation policy
Firm:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
