The Chalet - The unit offers 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other 2 single beds, plus a day bed in the lounge - accommodating up to 5 adults. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and there is a separate, bathroom with only a shower. There is also a TV with various DSTV channels to choose from and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The unit offers complete privacy with its own entrance and secure parking on site. Bath towels and linen are provided but beach towels are not supplied. This unit has a washing machine. The Garden Cottage & Cottage - These units offer comfortable accommodation to 2 people. It is fully equipped with everything you need. It has a shower/toilet en suite and a fully functional kitchenette. It has a TV with various DSTV channels to choose from. Linen and towels are provided. NO beach towels. This unit has a lovely patio & braai area. This unit provides safe parking for one vehicle and a shared entrance to the property. All units have air conditioning.

A booking constitutes a binding contract. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment. Kindly note an admin fee is payable with any cancellations. Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable for non-arrivals. Kindly note outstanding balance is to be paid before arrival. Cash on arrival will only be accepted if by prior arrangement. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation. No visitors are allowed.

- Please note that this is a noise-free zone. Excessive noise and drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.

Kindly note that this is self-catering accommodation and it is expected that the guest will keep the unit in a good condition but as a special service we offer the following:
- The unit is serviced daily between 10h00 and 12h00
- This Basic Cleaning consists of making beds, sweeping the room, and cleaning of bathroom and kitchen , NO dishes. No cleaning on Weekends/Public Holidays. Linen and towels are ONLY replaced after DAY 5 to save water and be more environmentally friendly, we do not change sheets/towels on a daily basis. All units are deep cleaned before arrival.
- Cleaning equipment and materials available in the Broom Cupboard for your own use. There is also a washing machine if you need to do the washing. Own transport is essential.
House Rules
HOUSE RULES PARKING DETAILS - Parking for 1 vehicle allowed in dedicated area. No Parties or Functions allowed. No Loud Music or Excessive Noise allowed. CHECK OUT - Check out strictly no later than 10h00 No additional guests are allowed on the property. NO VISITORS ALLOWED without prior approval. Wash, dry and replace used dishes and leave kitchen tidy. Although we love them dearly, regrettably No Pets allowed. Kindly remove rubbish and left-overs from kitchen and place in large bin outside. No Smoking, Vaping or Hubbly of any kind permitted. Place all used towels in the shower. DO NOT REMOVE TOWELS FROM THE UNIT. Beware of the monkeys. Please close all doors and windows when going out. Please DO NOT FEED them. Please do not move any furniture. No furniture to be taken outside. Camping chairs are available in the unit for additional sitting outside.
From the N3 take the M7.
Follow the M7 to the Bluff. The M7 takes you through to Marine Drive.
Turn right into Marine Drive and 1st left into Gray Park Road/ Dr Hoosen Haffejee Road.
