The North Coast is one of KwaZulu-Natal’s most beautiful coastal areas with pristine beaches, gorgeous scenery of infinite sugar cand fields, warm waters of the Indian Ocean and a vibrant area filled with loads of exciting things to do.
- If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 42 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 360 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
* Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
1. Guests booking this property will be required to acknowledge and sign additional documentation regarding the rules and regulations specific to each estate. We also require that all guests submit copies of their identification documents for access purposes. This information will be communicated with you after confirmation of the booking.
2. The house will be for a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom & no additional guests may sleep in the rooms or common areas during your stay.
3. Day visitors are not permitted. Guests are not permitted to have overnight visitors. Additional undeclared guests found to be on the premises will incur a penalty fee of R1000 per person per night.
4. Please ensure that the property is secure when you are not home. Kindly close all windows & doors behind you when leaving the premises. Monkeys can be pesky and have learnt how to open sliding doors and some windows.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in this home. Guests are only permitted to smoke at the outdoor entertainment area & will be fully responsible for the disposal of all cigarette butts. Guests will be charged an additional fee of R2000 to cover the costs of deep cleaning & dry cleaning to remove bad odours in the event that guests smoke inside the house.
6. There is a zero tolerance policy for noise in this home regardless of the time of day. Any disturbance to neighbours and fellow residents will not be tolerated.
7. This home will not be rented to groups wanting to have any parties/ gatherings. This is strictly a family home.
8. Guests must arrive in their own/ hired vehicles. Party buses, uber etc. will not be permitted to enter.
Children of all ages are welcome.
