The house is located within the upmarket Stonehaven Security estate which has its very own nature walking trail up to picnic spots with endless views that take your breath away. Situated midway between the Indian and Atlantic oceans, the beaches are just minutes away along with a host of other attractions including the Silvermine nature reserve, Simons town, Kalk Bay and many more. The area has many excellent cafes and restaurants to pick from. The Chapmans peak drive is just 5 minutes away and is the most picturesque way to get to the city centre in 35 mins. No2 Merlot is 5 min away from the famous Cape Point Vineyards and resturant where you can have a picnic and watch the sunset in its splendour.
