Newly restored, 4 self-catering Cape vernacular cottages situated in the convenient Newlands/Rondebosch area. This is right below the University of Cape Town and only 10 minutes drive from the Airport and the City Centre with the V&A Waterfront.
The four cottages can accommodate up to 14 guests. Towels are provided, also hairdryers, cottages have full DSTV and wireless ADSL internet connection is also available for a small charge. The cottages have Weber barbecues for use on their patios and a heated swimming pool.
The cottages are serviced once a week. The office is manned by Godfrey Machada an experienced manager in our service for nearly 10 years. The pool has a security net that is not seen on photos. There is a security gate at the top of the inside stairs and at the bottom of the outside stairs if you want to bring your little one with.

Sleeps 4 guests and is a free standing, self-catering cottage with secure parking for one sedan car next to the cottage with direct access to the front garden. Cottage is comfortable with open plan living room with DSTV and a well equipped dining/kitchen area.
An enclosed back patio has barbecue/braai facilities and outside table and chairs. The cottage is child friendly and the interior is completely on one level and hassle free.
Little Clarkia Cottagge:
One bedroom cottage ideal for a couple or a single person needing lots of space. It is an upstairs/downstairs cottage with a very big bedroom with an in-suite bath/shower and toilet.
The bedroom can have 2 single beds or a romantic king size bed with 100% percale cotton linen and down duvet. Have an airconditioner. Downstairs it has a very spacious kitchen/living room opening up with stack doors onto a vine covered patio with barbecue/braai area. Child friendly.
Consists of two cottages: RyanClare and Little RyanClare. It is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house that can be used either as one unit (RyanClare House) or as two separate units (RyanClare Cottage and Little RyanClare Cottage). It is free standing, self-catering, and has secure parking for one sedan car per cottage. There is direct access to the attractive front garden.
The two main bedrooms can have either a king-size bed or 2 single beds. Bed linen is 100% percale cotton. Down duvets and blankets for icy winters and extra flat sheets for hot summer nights are provided.
Main bedroom downstairs (RyanClare Cottage) has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Second bedroom (RyanClare Cottage) has 2 single beds. The second bathroom, with shower, is very spacious.
Main bedroom upstairs (Little RyanClare) is very spacious and shares the family bathroom with the second bedroom upstairs. The second bedroom upstairs (Little RyanClare) has a single bed, with an extra pull-out bed for a fourth person.
An open-plan, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped TV/dining/kitchen area leads to an enclosed private patio with barbecue/braai facilities and outside table and chairs (RyanClare Cottage). There is access to the courtyard garden, pool area and laundry facilities. This cottage also has an air-conditioner in the kitchen/TV area.
The second kitchen is a kitchenette for Little RyanClare and becomes a bar area if booked as RyanClare House. The formal lounge provides lots of extra space for RyanClare House and becomes the TV room/dining room for Little RyanClare.
Creating the "Shabby Chic" look is an ongoing process, but we are in good company as, to quote Annie Sloan, her house in France is a "work in progress".
