Mountain Manor Guest House & Executive Suites - Situated on the lower slopes of Table Mountain and dating back to 1852 these two mansions have been restored to their former glory to host you in either The Guest House or Harrow House Executive Suites.
The two properties flow into each other and enable you to use all the facilities across both. A home from home atmosphere prevails with Cape Historical charm. A conference room, a relaxation/therapy room, a swimming pool, an honesty bar, and a beautiful garden with birds and many “isolation” spots, free Wi-fi, SMART TVs, and parking are all available for our guests.

We are situated on the lower slopes of Table Mountain, just above the hustle and bustle of the City, but walking distance into the city, with many restaurants around us and the Gardens Shopping centre just around the corner - it hosts a Pick n Pay and Woolworths food stores, Coffee bars and clothes stores.
Our garden setting provides our visitors with the ideal setting in which that feeling of being on holiday actually becomes a reality.
A swimming pool, residents bar and a book library will reinforce that wonderful need to relax.

Our rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, right down to our quality bed linen and towelling. Extra length king and queen size beds are also available. Creature comforts such as Television, hairdryers, clock radios and telephones as well as plug adapters for overseas visitors are all provided. Mountain Manor has three self catering facilities to choose from. All three facilities are marketed and managed by Mountain Manor.

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 5% of the booking total.
- Self-Catering Inventory checks to be done on arrival and departure.
- Damaged white towels and linen will attract a replacement cost - please be respectful of our linen and use the dark cloths provided to remove make-up.
FROM CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Follow the highway into Cape Town -
On hospital bend (on sharp curve) move across to the left hand side of the road and follow the M3 DE WAAL DRIVE into Cape Town Take the M3 CABLE WAY turnoff to the left into Jutland Avenue Go past the Gradens Shopping centre on the left and move across into the left lane BEFORE the traffic lights. At the traffic lights turn left into BREDA STREET.
Mountain Manor is on the 2nd Block - left hand side : NO. 17
Parking for guests is in the lane behind the Guest House - this facility does get locked at night.
FROM CAPE TOWN CITY CENTRE / WATERFRONT
Find BUITENGRACHT STREET and follow it up towards the mountain At a set of traffic light s turn left into BUITENSINGEL.
Go down a steep slope and follow the road around past the Mount Nelson Hotel - you are now in MILL STREET.
Turn right at the second set of traffic lights after the Mount Nelson Hotel - (FEDs DIY will be on the right corner).
If you go past the Gardens Shopping Centre on the right, you have gone too far.
Mountain Manor is on the 2nd Block - left hand side : NO. 17
Parking for guests is in the lane behind the Guest House - this facility does get locked at night.
