This malaria-free reserve forms part of the UNESCO-designated Waterberg Biosphere Reserve and is home to the Big Five, diverse plains game, predators, and over 300 bird species. Characterised by rolling savannah, dramatic sandstone cliffs, ancient riverbeds and open grasslands, the reserve offers a varied landscape that supports exceptional biodiversity.
