It was bordered roughly by Ovamboland in the north, the Namib Desert in the west, the Kalahari Desert in the east, and the Windhoek region in the south. Cancellation Policy:
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Terms and Conditions
* Before confirming your booking at Mopani Elephant Camp, we kindly ask all guests to read through our Camp Rules and Terms & Conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
* The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in
* We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
*If Mopani Elephant Camp is unable to honour a reservation due to Acts of God, all payments made will be held as a credit towards a future booking. Please note that refunds are not available.
* Reservations/Deposits not paid within 24 hours will automatically be cancelled.
* We reserve the right not to refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit the initial deduction costs.
* Please note that a medical certificate does not qualify for a last-minute cancellation refund. If we can fill your booking with another guest, we'll gladly issue a refund; however, if no replacement is found, the payment will be forfeited.
* Camp Rules:
* Pets allowed at own risk.
* No smoking inside the tents/units.
* No loud music (respect your neighbour).
* No noise or music after 22h00.
* Keep the premises clean.
* No dumping of trash, including cigarette butts.
* Please make use of the ablution available on site.
* Entering the property is at your own risk.
* Owners will not be held responsible for loss or theft.
* VERY important. Please do not operate any gas, butane, or charcoal stoves or appliances within your tent. This equipment uses up all the oxygen and releases poisonous gases that can lead to your death or that of a family member. These are only to be used in a well-ventilated area.
* We kindly advise using solar lights or battery-operated camp lights within your sleep tent, as this is the safer option to gas lights, which emit poisonous gases and can lead to your death.
* Fires will only be allowed at designated areas. This is a huge risk and safety hazard. This request is for your own safety and your neighbours. Thus, please consider your fellow guests.
* Not everyone is a happy camper. Should there be any requirements, or if you need assistance or if you are unhappy about anything, please approach us in a civilised manner, and we will gladly assist in making your stay as comfortable as possible. If you have bought new equipment and are not familiar with its operation, please ask for our assistance. We will gladly help.

* Mopani Elephant Camp, owners and personnel will not be liable for any damages, loss or injury that results from the use of our facilities at Mopani Elephant Camp. Facilities used and entering the premises are at own risk.
