Cancellation Policy:
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit. If cancelling 45 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.

Cardholder & Identification
A valid ID/Passport is required at check-in.
The credit card used for any online payment must be presented upon check-in.
A valid email address must be provided at the time of booking for confirmation and communication purposes.
Payments & Deposits
Your booking is only confirmed once we issue written confirmation following receipt of the deposit.
A 50% deposit of the total invoice is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements are made in writing with the reservations office.
If full payment is not received on time, the reservation may be cancelled, and a portion of the deposit withheld. The guest may still be held liable for the balance.
Payment must be made in South African Rand (ZAR), free of bank charges, exchange rate variations, or other deductions.
Accommodation will not be provided until full payment has been received.
We reserve the right not to refund card transaction fees in the case of cancellations or reversals.

Check-in is from 14h00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 10h00 on the day of departure.
Late departures may incur an additional full day?s rental unless pre-arranged.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Property Use & Conditions
Only lodge vehicles may be used for game drives. Private vehicles are not permitted on the ranch for game drives.
Any bush walks or mountain biking are undertaken strictly at the guest?s own risk.
The speed limit on the property is 20 km/h and must be respected at all times.
No alcohol may be brought onto the premises unless pre-arranged with the reservations office.
No children are permitted at the lodge.
The lodge accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property, however caused.
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages and must report these without delay. Damages will be paid at check-out.
Smoking is not permitted in chalets, units, or rooms.
Internet Access
Wi-Fi is available only in designated hotspot areas at the main lodge and conference facilities.

8. Turn right onto R21/Pretoria (signs for R21).
9. Follow R21 for 16.3 kilometers, and keep right to stay on R21.
10. Take exit 134 for N1 N toward Polokwane (toll road) for 2.2 kilometers.
11. Merge onto N1 (toll road) and drive for 70.2 kilometers.
12. Take exit 205 toward Rust De Winter/R101/Piennarsrivier (toll road) for 750 meters.
13. Drive towards your destination for 24 minutes covering a distance of 25.2 kilometers.
14. Turn right and proceed for 21.0 kilometers.
15. Turn right and continue for 240 meters.
16. Keep left for 3.0 kilometers.
17. Turn left and travel for 220 meters.
18. Turn left and proceed for 450 meters.
19. Turn left and the destination, Mologa River Lodge, will be on the right after 350 meters.
