We enjoyed our stay with Angie and Ray. The home cooked breakfast was thee best ever - creamy scrambled egg and crispy bacon. Angie's home made banana and chocolate bread, absolute heaven and the crispest fluffiest croissants were divine. The units are well equipped with every item and utensil you can think of. Staff are friendly and the grounds are child friendly. The only thing i would advise is if you are travelling with kids or you yourself are allergic to mosquito or insect bites i suggest bring a mosquito repellent plug in and insect repellent cream as you are staying in a forest type of environment. The location of Masescha is awesome..we could drive to Knysna or to Plett with ease and if you have kids adventure land is a mere 1km away as well as the Knysna Elephant Park which we also visited and got welcomed by Ray who owns the restaurant at the Elephant Park. Food is value for money, Homemade burger patties are real tasty. Will def be back soon.
