You can enjoy a stroll in the well-kept gardens, sit quietly and read a book, work out in the gym, and take a swim in the indoor heated training pool (children over 13 years only, swimming cap required), or splash around in the outdoor swimming pool. Our fully furnished one-bedroom units offer a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Each flat features an open-plan lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. Children are welcome. Each flat contains air-con, Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix.
Our fully furnished two-bedroom units offer 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (the master room with an en suite), an open-plan lounge/dining room that connects to a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with views. Children are welcome.
Our fully furnished three-bedroom units offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (the master room has an en suite), an open-plan lounge/dining room that connects to a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with views. Children are welcome.
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written
notification. Cancellation penalties are levied as follows:
- Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date – a
charge to the full value (100% of the total invoiced amount) be applicable.
- In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay,
as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
- Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion
of management and are dependent on the ability to re-book the room.
* Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* Credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
HOUSE RULES:
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Please note that all our apartments are fully self-catering, fitted with all kitchen and electronic appliances that you might require for your stay.
- The apartments are also kitted out with linen and are serviced daily for your convenience.
- No eating & drinking is allowed on the beds.
- Guest will be liable for any damages / stained linen/towels / broken lights/glasses/electronics etc.
- The shower gel/shampoos are for guest use only and not free to be taken home.
- Rooms are non-smoking. If the guest smoke in the room, he/she agrees to pay the cleaning fee of R550.00.
- The hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of money, jewellery or other valuables unless placed in our safe deposit boxes located in your apartment.
- We are not responsible for contents left in the room or vehicle.
INDEMNITY:
All reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of our guest(s) and their possession on these premises. The owner(s) and management of Majorca- Self-Catering Apartments will not be held responsible for any injury, damage or loss sustained by whatever cause. A safe is included in each apartment for your personal belongings. It is your responsibility to make sure that your personal belongings are taken care of at all times.
