Nice location, friendly host, nice breakfast. So super location!

Too small room, and no aircon! Noisy to use the fan close to the bed.

The room was beautifully furnished and well appointed.
The windows in our bedroom and bathroom were, however, rather awkwardly positioned next to the stairs that many guests use to gain entrance to their rooms. Besides that we had a lovely stay.

Very comfortable guest house conveniently located just off the main road in Franschhoek and close to all main amenities. We had a very spacious room with outdoor terrace, all was tastefully and stylishly done. Superb freshly prepared breakfasts in the lovely dining room gave the perfect start to each day.
