Little Africa Safari Lodge is the wildlife haven you have been looking for, situated in the heart of the low veld, minutes from the Greater Kruger. Surrounded by the iconic bushveld, the reserve offers the best African Safaris and unobstructed views of the magnificent Drakensberg Mountains. This safari tent lodge is built in a rustic style on the banks of the Moditlo river and offers elegant decor that envelops you in its luxurious grip.
We are proud to be one of only a few lodges in the area who is able to give wheelchair-bound guests limitless safari experiences. No longer is a Safari only for able-bodied individuals, we have gone to great lengths to accommodate disabled individuals in and around the lodge as well as on game drives.
Owners, Hugo and Leandra Bekker’s vision was to create an oasis of tranquility for guests to get back to nature and experience the opulence of the African bush. Hugo suffered a major vehicle accident in 2007 and became paraplegic. The couple embraced their new life by facing challenges head on and raising 2 amazing children.
Building the lodge became a passion for them that they were able to do in 2019. They wanted to make sure to create an inviting space for abled and disabled people alike. The lodge is exclusive and welcoming and offers all the most popular excursions that guests can tick off their bucket list.
We look forward to treating you on your stay.
