Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited on the property.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. No music or loud noise is allowed during this time.
Bluetooth speakers are not permitted.
Drunken behavior and loud noise are not allowed at any time.
Visitors without prior arrangement are not permitted on the premises.
Swimming is at your own risk. Parents must supervise children in the pool.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Smoking or burning incense indoors is prohibited. A R1000.00 cleaning fee applies for violations.
Guests are responsible for damages caused to property or belongings.
