Balule Nature Reserve in Limpopo is part of the Greate Kruger Park, close to Phalaborwa and north of Hoedspruit. The unrivalled Balule Nature Reserve is home to the Big 5 - Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhinoceros nad Buffalo as well as Hippopotamus and Crocodile and numerous other species.

Today the Balule reserve covers around 40.000 hectares in area.
