Libertas Guest Farm - Guests have the opportunity to experience living on a working dairy farm while staying in one of 5 accommodation options:

The area is a huge attraction for any nature-lover. Hiking, bird-watching, paragliding, canoeing, surfing, whale-watching and mountain-biking are just some of the activities this area is well known for.

Visits to the dairy and feeding the calves are always an exciting experience for the kids. Guests are close to all the tourist activities but are able to retreat to the quiet and tranquil surrounds of Libertas to rest and plan the next days` action.

Accommodation at Libertas Guest Farm:
The Farmhouse sleeps a total of 10 people comfortably: 6 adults and 4 children/teenagers. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs for guests sharing (2 with queen size beds and 1 with twin singles = sleeps 6). The open-plan loft area has 4 single beds and a play area for kids. Please note that we do not allow adults in the loft as it provides no privacy to guests. The house has a comfortable lounge with a HotArt fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a choice of braai areas, 3 stoep areas with great views. There is a playground for kids with a jungle gym and swings from the bluegum trees, an outside shower (with hot water), covered parking garage, a vollyeyball net, etc. There is no DSTV at the farmhouse. We decided to only have a television, DVD player and a collection of DVD`s available for those rainy days when the kids need to be indoors.

The Dairy is a 6-sleeper unit. The cottage looks onto an unfenced farm dam and has great views of the Outeniqua mountains. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (main bedroom is en-suite). Main bedroom has a queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has twin singles and a bunk bed. The open-plan kitchen/living area has big stacking doors which opens onto a stoep with lovely views. It is very spacious unit and has a relaxed and comfy feel to it.
Facilities include a big stoep area with braai area. There is also the Kraal where there is a boma fire-place, huge open lawn areas for kids to play. There is a Dover stove in the open-plan kitchen/living area which heats up the whole house during winter times. Right next to the cottage is a farm pool with raised wooden deck and pool loungers. The pool has been a great addition and it is a very popular spot for lazy summers days or sun downers/stargazing during winter. Please note: The pool has a security gate to prevent the shorter people from entering. But the farm dam (about 80 m from the house) is unfenced. There is no DSTV at The Dairy. We decided to only have a television and some movies available on a USB stick for those rainy days when the kids need to be indoors.

Friesland Cottage provides visitors with the following accommodation facilities:
- 2 en-suite bedrooms (both with Queen size beds)
- A bunk bed is available in the room that links the main bedroom to the lounge/kitchen area. There is a staircase leading to the loft from this room.
- The loft has twin single beds.
- 2 Bathrooms: both with showers only.
- Guest toilet with basin.
- Well-equipped kitchen with open plan lounge/dining area leading onto the patio area through large stacking doors.
- Stoep area with fireplace / braai facility
- Boma fireplace in front of cottage
- Lovely views of the Outeniqua mountains

Ayrshire Cottage provides visitors with the following accommodation facilities:
- 2 en-suite bedrooms (both with Queen size beds)
- A sleeper couch is available in the main bedroom for 2 children to sleep with their parents.
- 2 Bathrooms: both with showers
- Well-equipped kitchen with open plan lounge/dining area leading onto the patio area through large stacking doors.
- Stoep area with a fireplace / braai facility
- Lovely views of the Outeniqua mountains

Jersey Cottage provides visitors with the following accommodation facilities:
- 1 en-suite bedroom (with Queen size bed) with romantic indoor fireplace.
- A sleeper couch is available in the lounge area for 2 children to sleep (no adults allowed on sleeper couch).
- 1 Bathroom: shower only
- Well-equipped kitchen with open plan lounge/dining area leading onto the patio area through large stacking doors.
- Stoep area with a fireplace / braai facility
- Boma fireplace in front of cottage
