Cancellation Policy:
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. - If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. - If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. - If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Terms and Conditions
* We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
* The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in
* Check-in time is from 15h00 to 17h00, and check-out time is from 08h00 to 10h00.
* Late check-ins after 17h00 must be pre-arranged as special arrangements will be required for key collections.
* Proof of identification is required at check-in.
* Breakfast is not included in all of our rates and applies only to selected rooms. Breakfast is served on Monday and Tuesday from 8h00 to 10h00 am.
* Our full restaurant is open on Wednesdays (8h00 to 17h00), Thursdays (8h00 to 20h00), Fridays (8h00 to 20h00), Saturdays (8h00 to 20h00) and Sundays ( 8h00 to 17h00). There will be breakfast served on Monday and Tuesday from 8h00 to 11h00.
* Picnic baskets and snack plates are available at 24-48 hours? notice.
* There is a swimming pool that can be used at your own risk if not booked for a private function. Please note that our swimming pools are not covered with safety nets and therefore children must always be monitored by adults, and children remain the responsibility of their parents at all times.
* We recommend that you bring walking shoes, binoculars, mountain bikes, swimming towels and a good book to read.
* We have a walking trail on the property that you are free to use. Please sign in at the reception desk before going on the trail.

* Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
* Leopard Lodge reserves the right to cancel room bookings if the terms and conditions are not met.
* By paying the deposit, you automatically indicate your acceptance of Leopard Lodge?s terms and conditions regarding cancellations, payments and policies.
* All bank charges associated with foreign payments will be for the guests account.

1. From Malibongwe Drive, follow the R512 past Lanseria Airport.
2. At the farm stall T-Junction, turn left.
3. Pass Pecanwood Estate, take the Brits/Sun City turning to the right.
4. At the T-Junction, turn left (R560).
5. Leopard Lodge is approximately 4 km from the turning, on your right.
DIRECTIONS FROM PRETORIA - OLD N4 TOLL ROAD:
1. Follow the N4 Toll road to Rustenburg.
2. Where the toll road ends, turn left at the top of the off-ramp.
3. At the T-Junction, turn right. Follow the road past Pecanwood Estate, take the Brits/Sun City turning to the right.
4. At the T-Junction, turn left (R560).
5. Leopard Lodge is approximately 4 km from the turning, on your right.
DIRECTIONS FROM PRETORIA/ WONDERBOOM:
1. Follow N4 Platinum Highway to Rustenburg, take the Brits/Sandton off ramp and continue left.
2. Turn right onto the R560 at the Sasol Garage.
3. Continue on this road, through a four-way stop, drive approximately 8 km further, and Leopard Lodge will be on your right.
