Cancellation Policy:
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Payments:
* Same-day bookings with EFT payments must be made by immediate payment. Should payment not reflect before check-in for ANY booking, guests will not be allowed access to the Lodges.
Cleaning Services:
* While we do not offer automatic daily cleaning, we are happy to arrange this for you at R200 for a 1 Bedroom Lodge & R500 for a 4 Bedroom Lodge, per day. Please ensure you book this service at least two days in advance.
* Breakage Deposit: A refundable breakage fee of R500 for 1 Bedroom Lodge & R1000 for 4 Bedroom Lodge is required.
* Cash payments are refunded upon departure.
* Card payments are processed within 7 working days; please note we will require your full banking details to facilitate the refund.

Directions:
From Cape Town :
1. To leave from Cape Town city centre, take the N1 highway North.
2. From the N1 highway, turn left onto the R27 (Paarden Eiland turnoff).
3. Continue along the R27 (West Coast Road) for approximately 100km. You will pass the Melkbosstrand, Yzerfontein and Darling intersections as well as the entrance to the West Coast National Park.
4. Continue for a further 15 minutes until you reach the West Coast 1-Stop Petrol Station. Directly after the Petrol Station, turn left towards the town of Langebaan.
5. Continue for about 8km. The entrance of Langebaan Country Estate will be on your left-hand side approximately 2km before you reach the Langebaan town centre.
