The Suite has 2 Bedrooms, a heated Jacuzzi & stunning views from the veranda. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine, luxury teas and Bose speakers. The Bathroom is equipped with Africology toiletries, GHD hairdryers, straightener & an outdoor shower.

• Check in is between 14h00 - 20h00; please let us know an estimated time of arrival.
• Check out is 11h00.
• We recommend an SUV for self-drive game drives to surrounding reserves.
• Game drives and Game walks are available at an additional cost by prior arrangement. Contact reception for more information.
• Indulge in a culinary experience at our restaurant, where we offer exquisite dishes from our Main Menu, including a variety of vegetarian and vegan options to cater to all preferences.
• For Halaal meals, we kindly request that reservations be made at least 2 days prior to check-in, and for Kosher meals, a minimum of 1 week in advance is required.
• Additional conservation fees apply, please confirm the current rate with reception prior to your arrival. The conservation fee starts from R165.00 per vehicle per stay, but is subject to change.
• Booking Conditions: We require a 50% Deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival.
• Please note that children normally pay the full rate for activities. You can contact Reception to confirm.
• Spa services: Please book before arrival. Treatments are done in the room.
Additional mandatory Conservation Levy-R165 per vehicle per stay which is payable via credit card at the reserve gate . Note that the levy is subject to change. Please confirm the current rate with reception prior to your arrival.

Payment terms & conditions:
• A deposit of 50% is required in order to confirm your reservation.
• Full payment is required 6 weeks before guests arrival.
• If the arrival date is less than 30 days from reservation, then full payment is required.
• Method of payment: Bank transfer, credit card (Visa / Mastercard), or cash in ZAR (R)
• 3.5% Surcharge for all credit card payments
Children who have not yet turned 3 by the date of arrival stay free of charge.Children from the age of 3 up to their 6th birthday will be charged 50%.Children from the age of 7 up to their 12th birthday will be charged 75%.Children 12 years and older sharing with adults will be charged full adult rate.
