*  30 days prior to booking - 50% of deposit will be forfeited
*  7 days prior to booking - full deposit will be forfeited

Deposit Secures your booking. Also keep in mind that the rest will need to be paid upon arrival.

Additional Guest(Maximum 2) will be charged R200 Per Person Sharing Rates. Additional guest are supplied with dressed matress, sheet, duvet, pillows and towels.

Directions:

Direction from Cape Town International Airport: Follow the N1 from Cape Town International Airport, turn left onto EXIT 47, which is the Klapmuts/Stellenbosch offramp. Turn right at the R44, go under the N1 bridge and straight over the 4-way robot. About 300m further is a set of robots, turn left towards Franschhoek. (Straight would take you to Stellenbosch) About 10 km further is a T-junction. Turn left onto the R45 (Right would take you to Franschhoek Approximately 200 m further on your right is the entrance a dirt road to Kimi’s Cottage. We are the second gate on your right (approximately 20 m from the tar road)
