Journey`s Inn Africa Guest Lodge is a charming little lodge situated in the quaint upmarket suburb of Glen Marais in Kempton Park. We are only a 10-minute drive from Johannesburg`s O R Tambo International Airport.
We have 9 in-suite rooms of which 3 are family rooms (4 and 6 bed). The rooms have flat screen televisions with DSTV and all the rooms lead out into our beautiful gardens. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer free off the street parking, a sparkling pool and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the lodge.
We also offer an airport “meet and greet service”, as well as transfers to and from the airport.

To avoid any confusion on your arrival, please take note of the following information:
* We are a safe gated community and there is one security gate entrance, which is at the corner of Monument Road and De Bruin Drive.
* Our check-in times are between 14h00 and 21h00.
* No check in before 14h00, unless room is booked for the previous night.
* Check out time is 10h00.
* Any arrivals outside of our operating hours needs to be pre-arranged.
* Dinners available on request and are served at 19h00. No late dinners after 20h00 can be provided.
* Payments for all extras (breakfast, dinner, beverages, laundry ect) can be paid via credit card, debit card, or cash payment.
* Complimentary CONTINENTAL breakfast available between 06h30 and 09h00, but a Full English breakfast can be added.
* Private “Meet & Greet” and transfer service from Johannesburg’s OR Tambo International Airport to Journey’s Inn Africa Guest Lodge (return) available on request - please contact the lodge for a quote.

Directions from O.R. Tambo International Airport
Make your way from O R Tambo International Airport onto the R21 and drive towards Pretoria or from the Pretoria direction you drive towards Johannesburg. Take the Benoni / Kempton Park (R23) off-ramp, turn left at the top of the off-ramp from airport direction or turn right at the top of the off-ramp from Pretoria direction and then drive towards Kempton Park. At the next set of traffic-lights you turn left onto Monument Road / Kempton Park. Drive ± 3 km, passing the dairy farm and Harvest Place Mall on the right, as well as crop fields on the left. At the first traffic-circle you take the first exit and then take the second exit at the next traffic-circle. You will then see straight ahead of you the security boom entrance to our gated community. Ask the security guard for directions or turn left onto De Bruin Street at the first stop street. Drive 4 blocks up De Bruin Street until you see an open field on your right. Here you turn right into Gwarrie Road, we are the first house on your left - Journey’s Inn Africa Guest Lodge, 20 Gwarrie Road, Glen Marais.
