If cancelling 10 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 20 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Directions:
From Bram Fischer International Airport:
1. Head southeast toward Bram Fischer Airport Rd for 350 m.
2. Continue onto Bram Fischer Airport Rd for 600 m.
3. At the roundabout, take the second exit and stay on Bram Fischer Airport Rd for 600 m.
4. Turn left to merge onto the N8 toward Maseru and continue for 400 m.
5. Merge onto the N8 and drive for 1 hour 16 minutes (119 km).
6. Continue straight onto the R26 for 36.3 km.
7. Take the ramp to R708 and continue for 500 m.
8. Turn left onto R708 and drive for 700 m.
9. Turn left at the first cross street and continue for 450 m.
10. Turn left and proceed for 160 m.
11. Turn right and drive for 1.3 km.
12. Turn left and continue for 1.1 km.
13. Turn right and drive for 13.7 km.
14. Turn left and proceed for 500 m.
15. Turn right and continue for 130 m.
16. Slight right and continue for 400 m.
17. Turn right and continue for 84 m. Your destination will be straight ahead at Imla Guest Farm Spitskop, Spitskop Farm, corner of S343 and S40, Clocolan.
From N1 Kroonstad:
1. Stay on the N1 from Kroonstad heading towards Ventersburg.
2. Just before reaching Winburg, turn left onto the N5 towards Durban.
3. After approximately 10 km, turn right onto the R708 towards Marquard.
4. Continue straight through Marquard and proceed to Clocolan.
5. In Clocolan, turn left opposite the Shell Garage onto the S343 gravel road.
6. Drive for 14 km on the S343, following the signboards to your destination.
From Bloemfontein:
1. Bypass Ladybrand and drive for 34 km.
2. Turn left at the signpost for Clocolan.
3. After 50 metres, reach a T-junction and turn left onto the R708.
4. Continue for 3 km, then turn right onto the S343 gravel road.
5. Drive for 14 km and follow the signboards to your destination.
**Alternative route via Verkeerdevlei Toll Road:**
1. Take the Verkeerdevlei Toll Road and turn right at the Verkeerdevlei signboard.
2. Turn left at Excelsior and follow the R703 pointers to Clocolan.
3. At the T-junction in Clocolan, turn left.
4. Continue straight over onto the S343 gravel road and follow the same directions as above.
From Bethlehem:
1. Follow the R26 and bypass Ficksburg Village.
2. Approximately 16 km from the end of the village, turn right at the small signboard marked S927.
3. Continue for 1 km, then turn left onto the S40 gravel road.
4. Continue for 14 km and follow the signboards to your destination.
