Idiaz Beach House is a lovely guest house located in Diaz Beach, Mossel Bay, and is the ideal location for overnight accommodation for guests wanting to explore the Garden Route.
The accommodation on offer includes a Double Room and a Family Room that each has its own separate entrance. The Double Room is furnished with 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The Family Room contains 2 twin beds and a bunk bed with a full family en-suite bathroom.

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
No children under 6 allowed. Guests that arrive after 20:00 will be liable for a late fee of R150. We have a key and gate remote deposit of R350, The guests pay in cash on arrival and are refunded in cash when the remote and keys are returned on leaving.

* No items are to be removed from the guesthouse without the permission of the owner of the establishment.
* We do not provide beach towels. Please bring your own.
* Parking: off-road parking is available for guests only, please check with management for parking allocation.
* The swimming pool, garden and braai area are communal areas.
* No violence is allowed on the premises. Perpetrators will be removed and no refund will be given.
