On top of upmarket Bunkers Hill, with an exquisite view of the lovely East London beachfront, lies Hoylake Inn.
We are situated only 500 metres from East London Golf Club and less than 3 km from Nahoon Beach, Buffalo cricket grounds, Joan Harrison Pool, Vincent Park Centre, Virgin Active, East London Esplanade and its renowned restaurants, and centrally placed nearby most major sporting and entertainment venues.
We have 4 double/twin rooms, each with their own private entrance, en-suite bathroom, television with DSTV decoder, equipped kitchenette and tea/coffee making facilities plus light refreshments.
Breakfast is served from 06h30 to 08h30 every morning and we also cater for special dietary needs or preferences. Dinner is available on request.
Guests are also welcome to make use of our braai facilities. Enjoy the tranquility of the setting sun and the sizzle of the steak on our guest patio, which overlooks our swimming pool and East London beachfront.

Victoria
A separate unit. Contains twin single brass beds - can be made up as king size bed. Fully equipped kitchenette and dining table for self-catering options and television with DSTV decoder. Has an adjoining bedroom (with its own bathroom) for families with children. Private entrance.
Shakira
A room with a view. A double bedroom with some garden and sea view. Has its own kitchenette for self-catering option: sink unit, microwave, toaster, fridge, cutlery/crockery, etc. Also has television facilities (DSTV and M-Net). Private entrance.
Separate cottage with 2 inter-leading bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Larger bedroom has king size bed (or 2 singles) with extra bed option, TV/DSTV, kitchenette with dining table. Smaller bedroom has double bed, ensuite bathroom, TV/DSTV, desk & fridge+ kettle

- Full amount is payable for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival, no-show and early departure.
- Refunds are at the discretion of the management, and are dependent on the ability to re-let rooms reserved.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
The B&B is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests.
The rooms cannot be used by more persons than originally booked. If additional persons are admitted they will be charged accordingly. We regret that visitors are not permitted in the communal areas (dining room/braai/pool etc) without requesting permission beforehand. A fee will apply for all visitors using the communal amenities.
The B&B reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of Guests or their visitors.
All bedrooms have been designated non-smoking.
The use of WIFI in the B&B is free of charge for paying guests only.
For security reasons, all children under 12 years of age must have adult supervision in communal areas, like the pool & braai area. Running is not permitted anywhere.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited.

The Guest is responsible
for damage caused to their allocated rooms.
The Guest is responsible for their own insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
