On the plus side Hohewarte is a lovely, historical building situated on a large game farm with great views. It's close to Windhoek & the airport but you are still in the bush. Plenty of walking if you like. I would say, however that it is quite expensive for what you receive. The food was OK but not above average. They serve a lot of game meat. I had actually informed them ahead of time that I do not eat game. Unfortunately, this had been forgotten. So the first night was not great. Otherwise, we had no complaints.
