We have a small but well stocked library on the second floor. The Window “cove” seat overlooks the beautiful gardens. There is also a chess set and some other historical items bearing to JRR Tolkien.
Our pool is a MUST in summer and our unique pub offers a wide range of local and international products.
Additional Services include secretarial services, a shuttle service, laundry and ironing, a curio shop, and ample safe parking.
We can accommodate up to 30 delegates at our conferencing facility. Catering facilities for delegates is also available. We also specialize in weddings, birthday parties, private and corporate functions.
Well appointed, air conditioned, en suite bedrooms and suites are individually decorated Victorian Style.
Luxury touches include fireplaces, embroidered percale linen, duck-down duvets, handmade bedspreads, electric blankets, gowns and for the lonely singles, a teddy to keep them warm.
Every day a full set of toiletries, fluffy towels and clean bed linen is provided.
For the last finishing touch we do turn-downs with sherry and a goodnight chocolate. All the modern amenities like telephones, Internet connections, multi-channel television, radio, hairdryer, safe, stocked bar-fridge and a tea/coffee tray can be found in the rooms.
