Latest Reviews

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the unit (it was a first time for us as we usually use timeshare outside the park). My only problem was that as old and unsteady as I am the shower over the bath was positively dangerous and it was almost impossible to get under the trickle of water. The mixer was unattached and there was no way of filling the bath.

We were unable to locate a list of the useable TV channels.

The staff were courteous and helpful.

Breakfast was perfectly acceptable.

Considering the Covid impact and decrease in the number of tourists, we were pleasantly surprised how well maintained the resort was. Unfortunately its very thick vegetation, so not the best place for game viewing. Umfolozi is better for game drives , but doesn't have the convenience of all day and night electricity, TV and the restaurant .

CHALET WAS VERY COMFOTABLE AND WELL EQUIPPED BUT IS IN NEED OF SEVERAL REPAIRS

Hilltop camp has fallen into a state of disrepair, I dont believe any maintenance has been completed in years ! It made our stay rather unpleasnat ! Just totally disappointed with Hilltop
