The large garden leads right onto the beach and the sun loungers invite to suntan and guests can grill in the garden. All apartments have their own entrances, most have a kitchen. FOR BREAKFAST: You get breakfast at our Partner-Restaurant, THE GIRLS, where you pay, but the coffee comes free with it. The supermarket is only 2 minutes walk across the road in the village, there are 10 very good restaurants.
In Room Facilities:
Each holiday apartment has its own unique atmosphere and decor and is equipped with breakfast making facilities or small kitchen. Rooms are fitted with heaters, safe, fast WiFi ,TV and heating-blankets, towels, and blankets, fans, hairdryer, Beach towels and gowns. En-suite bathrooms with bath/shower or spa/shower and heated towel-rail.

Most apartments are self catering, you have the option to make your own breakfast and enjoy eating in the garden right at the beach. Fast WIFI, The Wilderness Village Centre is only 2 minutes walk across the road with a Supermarket and 10 restaurants, you can walk under the Highway and leave your car at our house. There is also a laundromat, ATM, Tourist Info and a variety of small shops. 6 km away is the bustling Garden Route Shopping Mall with Supermarkets, cinemas, many restaurants and shops, a good place to be on a rainy day.
Wilderness has become an internationally sought after holiday resort. Please note the markets: Milkwood Village (across the road from us) Friday night and on Saturday mornings 7.00 till 12.00: the famous Regional Farmers Market in Sedgefield, 16 km to drive. Or the smaller market in George, 6 km drive.
Sports: You can enjoy mountain biking, whale and dolphin watching, paragliding, horse riding, scenic drives and day tours as well as surfing, canoeing, kayaking, horse riding, motor glider flights, hang gliding and hiking trails.
The indigenous forest at the 800-year old Woodville Big Tree is a favorite. Excellent viewpoints include the Map of Africa for its breathtaking scenery of lakes, forests, mountains and coast. Dolphin’s Point, which is known for its whale and dolphin watching. Set in the hills behind Wilderness, between the mighty Outeniqua mountains and the sea, Hoekwil is an unspoiled little town from the past. The views of lakes, sea, mountains and valleys from this lofty rural village are astounding.
On a rainy day you can visit the museums or enjoy shopping at the Garden Route Mall with its many shops, cinemas and restaurants.
