If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.

* One-night bookings are subject to a surcharge of R50.00 in addition to the applicable rate.
* Special or discounted rates require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or changes.
* For safety reasons and in accordance with pool-area regulations, children under 15 years are not permitted on the property.

From central Cape Town (33°54’50.8"S 18°25’28.5"E): 1. Enter the highway between the V&A Waterfront and the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC). 2. Follow the N1 towards Paarl/Bellville. 3. Take exit 4 towards Paarden Eiland and continue towards Milnerton/Table View/West Coast on the R27. 4. Continue straight along the road through the commercial area and into the residential area. 5. Continue until you reach an open grassy area with the lagoon on your left. 6. Move into the right lane and continue towards the traffic light with the bridge on your left. 7. At the traffic light, turn right onto Loxton Road. 8. Immediately after turning onto Loxton Road, turn left onto Ascot Road. 9. Follow Ascot Road for approximately 2.2 km. 10. The destination, number 83, will be on the left.
