Hobie Beach (also the scene of the annual Splash Festival close to Shark Rock pier) and Pollock Beach are very popular nearby beaches, whilst the 5-kilometre Donkin Heritage Trail takes in several wonderful historic attractions whilst winding its way through the city centre. The Boardwalk Mall and Casino complex, touted as the entertainment centre for all ages and a must for days that don’t involve beaches, is a heady mix of shopping, entertainment, gaming and fun.

Cancellation Policy:
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. - If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Terms and Conditions
* We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
* No parties or loud music allowed.
* No Smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit, in stairwells or other common properties. * No drinking on walkways, staircases, lifts, or on common property.
* Strictly No Pets allowed.
* No making of fires with charcoal/firewood on our balcony, inside the unit or on common property.
* For stays of 14 days or more, clean linen and towels will be provided.
* We do not have a backup system during load shedding. We do, however, provide one portable light and a UPS for the Wi-Fi router.
* Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum.
* Please note that any violation of our house rules will immediately lead to the cancellation of your stay with no refund.
* Any damage to the property or content will be for the guest’s account.
* Any fines issued by the Body Corporate for noise disturbance will be for the guest’s account.
Directions:
From Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport:
1. Start by heading north on Airport West Road for about 49 m.
2. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Allister Miller Dr.
3. Follow Allister Miller Drive and turn right into La Roche Dr at the robot.
4. Follow La Roche Drive and turn right onto Strandfontein Rd at the 2nd robot.
5. Follow Strandfontein Road and turn left onto 2nd Avenue at the robot.
6. Continue straight on 2nd Avenue and turn left at the 2nd circle to enter Bella Mare Apartments.
