Each apartment features a serene bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The heart of the home is a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen, complete with a stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee station, which flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas.
For your entertainment, the lounge includes a Smart TV with a variety of streaming services. Beyond the apartment, guests enjoy full access to the complex’s premium amenities.
Start your morning at the fully equipped gym or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool. For effortless dining, the on-site restaurant and bar offer the perfect setting for a delicious meal or a sunset cocktail.
The elegant and upmarket suburb of Summerstrand, is close to the beachfront, the Boardwalk Mall and Casino complex, the Humewood links golf course, the university and as a bonus, the airport is only 10 minutes away. Summerstrand provides a combination of golden beaches, warm waters, and access to the stimulating historic center of Port Elizabeth. Hobie Beach (also the scene of the annual Splash Festival close to Shark Rock pier) and Pollock Beach are very popular nearby beaches, whilst the 5-kilometre Donkin Heritage Trail takes in several wonderful historic attractions whilst winding its way through the city centre. The Boardwalk Mall and Casino complex, touted as the entertainment centre for all ages and a must for days that don’t involve beaches, is a heady mix of shopping, entertainment, gaming and fun.

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
* We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
* No parties or loud music allowed.
* No Smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit, in stairwells or other common properties.
* No drinking on walkways, staircases, lifts, or on common property.
* Strictly No Pets allowed.
* No making of fires with charcoal/firewood on our balcony, inside the unit or on common property.
* For stays of 14 days or more, clean linen and towels will be provided.
* We do not have a backup system during load shedding. We do, however, provide one portable light and a UPS for the Wi-Fi router.
* Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum.
* Please note that any violation of our house rules will immediately lead to the cancellation of your stay with no refund.
* Any damage to the property or content will be for the guest’s account.
* Any fines issued by the Body Corporate for noise disturbance will be for the guest’s account.
