The room can be configured as a choice of two singles or a double bed. Each room is equipped with an electric kettle. A hairdryer and free toiletries are provided.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Bookings can only be confirmed if the Guesthouse receives a 100% deposit on accommodation or a travel agent voucher. Upon receipt of the confirmation the guest retains final responsibility to ensure all relevant reservation details are correct, as the guesthouse cannot be liable for incorrect bookings at a later stage. The full cost of accommodation is payable in advance or on arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing. The guest retains personal liability for the bill until the employer, agent, or person that made the reservation on his or her behalf has settled the account. Cash, Internet transfers are accepted. We do not have credit card facilities. Cancellation Terms: In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Golden Key Guesthouse will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms of the establishment, within 5 working days. Golden key Guesthouse levies a 5 % administration fee on any refunds processed. CHECK IN TIME IS BETWEEN 14:00 AND 19:00 unless prior arrangements have been made. NO CHECK-IN WILL BE MADE AFTER 22:00 CHECK-OUT TIME IS 09:00 unless prior arrangements have been made. This is necessary to ensure the security, comfort and well being of other guests.
