The centre of Cape Town is just a 10 minute walk away. The apartments have views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill, Cape Town and the harbour.

The apartments sleeps two with a maximum of three adults or 2 adults with a maximum of 2 children.

Rates apply per apartment whether 1 or 2 persons.

The charges (per night) for an additional adult or child amount to:

Apartments are clean and though the kitchen appliances and TVs are antiquated and the cooking options a bit limited by available utensils, it's excellent value for money, especially given that the apartments are serviced daily. Location is hard to beat for the price too.

Pricing is on a par with establishments in the area which are in a much better state of repair. As a result, I would only use this establishment again if there was nothing else available. The corridors and rooms have a musty smell. The electrical appliances date back to the 70's and the lighting in the kitchen was in a dubious state. No choice of smoking /non-smoking, so the stale smell of tobacco in our apartment was rather nauseating. A sliding window in the bedroom has been faulty for a long time - previous occupants have all jammed paper in the tracks to stop it rattling. Parking arrangements are archaic and frustrating.
