We only stayed one night, but the room was lovely and so was the service. I would reccommend it to other people.

My recent visit was the fourth I had spent at 1st Avenue Lodge and I would happily go there again. As usual, management and staff were very welcoming and helpful; accommodation and food were of a high standard; the price was reasonable, and the location very convenient for both working practicalities and relaxation.

Only a little note that the continental breakfast can improve (i.e. biscuits, fromage). But in general the service of room was good.
