The property has two separate areas that can be booked. The Holiday Home features five bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 people. One room has an en-suite bathroom, with the other three sharing three additional bathrooms. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a TV and a separate dining room. It also features a fireplace for the colder months. The house has a large stoep where guests can enjoy the beauty of the bushveld from sunrise to late at night. Separately, the house has a garden cottage with its own kitchenette, sitting area and stoep overlooking the bushveld. The house and cottage have access to a large lawn, a private pool, and outdoor braai and boma facilities. Nyala Lodge is situated in a separate area of the property, featuring seven two-sleeper units, accommodating a maximum of 14 guests. Units 1 to 4 are en-suite rooms with a garden view, each with its own entrance, and include a little sitting area. Units 5 to 7 are larger en-suite rooms going out onto a large stoep overlooking the bushveld. All units share a fully equipped kitchen and living area with a TV. They also share a lawn with access to a private pool featuring an outside braai, bar, boma and dining area. Families are encouraged to bring bicycles for the children to explore and enjoy our beautiful property. The property also offers a 3.9 km bushveld hiking trail on-site for nature enthusiasts keen to spot some wildlife. Featherwood Farm is equipped with backup solar and batteries to navigate through load shedding and other power outages, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for guests.
