The extra large master retreat has a walk in closet and spacious bathroom. Two main bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. The living areas open up with stack away glass doors onto the expansive patio. An entertainers dream kitchen is open plan and boasts granite counter tops. It is the only apartment to have its own secluded garden. Three undercover parking bays and a lift to the apartment. Privacy, great location, luxury, security and lifestyle all in one! The apartment is situated in Simbithi Eco Estate, providing 24 hour security, and vehicle patrols throughout the estate.

Wifi and DSTV are provided and the unit is serviced for longer stays, during the week. Enjoy a braai on your large private patio with stunning views of Thompson`s Bay, and see if you can spot the varies species of buck.

Enjoy dining the a the Fig Tree Restaurant, or a relaxing massage at the spa! Enjoy scenic walks around this incredibly safe and secure estate, a game of golf or visit one of the many community centres.

Guest access:
Simbithi is a secure estate. We will supply an access code on arrival, and submit a form to the Security office to arrange for guests to have their fingerprints recorded to ensure convenient access and exit to the estate and peace of mind. For Shorter stays we will submit a barcode, instead of a fingerprint.

Conduct:
The apartment is situated in an Eco Estate, therefore it has very strict rules regarding noise. Specifically, no loud noise between 11:00 pm to 6 am. This is therefore not an apartment for parties. There is a zero tolerance policy on this rule from the Estate. Guests have been asked by security to leave the property within 3 hours. Please understand and respect this policy. This is what makes Simbithi Eco Estate special. If this is not what you had in mind when you made the booking, please cancel your booking. If you already paid by credit card, we will refund you immediately.

We do not permit Matric Rave guests or students, as per the Ezluweni Rules and Regulations. This property will not accommodate students, hen, stag or similar parties.

You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. We require you to sign an indemnity form.
