Take the N2 , over Sir Lowrys pass , continue with the N2 over the next pass, Houw Hoek and be careful of the sharp curves. Take the first turn off on your left to Kleinmond/Hermanus (R43) and drive for about 22 km where you will get to the Onrus/Vermont turn off on your right.
