Establishment Facilities:
The staff is available from Monday to Saturday. (Extra service can be arranged at extra cost). Fresh towels provided every 4th day. Linen changed every 5th day.
We provide safe and secure fully equipped self-catering accommodation of the highest quality. Black bags will be collected outside your door every morning. Pools and Jacuzzi’s are cleaned daily.
Our estate is safe and secure and has 24hours guarded security for your protection. All our units will undergo thorough cleaning and infection control measures before new guests arrival. There is an Outside Gym.
Villa Rainbow is Wheel chair friendly. Villa Makaya Bella has own playroom for kids. All the villas are equipped for loadshedding and water shortages.
- Walking trails through the whole Estate with its Coastal Forest, wild flowers and abundant birds, animals and insects, enhance that living experience.
- There are endless sandy beaches nearby for swimming and relaxing, while the Aliwal Shoal one of the world’s top ten diving destinations.

Aloe Ridge is a modern Villa with the special reputation of being showcased on Top Billing. The combination of blue decor and glass walls gives you the impression of being right in the ocean. Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, braai, pool and jacuzzi.
Crystal Blue is a vibrant 3 bedroom villa, with the living area downstairs and sleeping area upstairs. It has a splash pool, outside patio and braai facilities. There is also a private outdoor jacuzzi for that added luxury feeling. ‘Come be our Guest’.
Palmtree House is a luxury 12 sleeper villa consisting of three separate 2 bedroom luxury apartments for that added privacy. The villa has a 17m Pool and a jacuzzi and boasts spectacular sea views. Perfect for those larger families or groups.
The First House is a Luxury self- catering Villa, consisting of 3, on-suite bedrooms. Private pool with entertainment deck and views. The villa has a jacuzzi for that added luxury feeling. There is WIFI, DSTV, Aircon, Generator and a JoJo tank.
Villa Albizia is a gorgeous 3 bedroom villa, an interesting design concept with a seamlessly integrated kitchen & scullery. Private splash pool and jacuzzi for that extra luxury feeling, the whole family is included in the holiday fun. ‘Come be our Guest’.
Villa Rainbow is a stunning 4 bedroom villa with an extra study with pull out sofa bed for 2 extra guests. 2 bedrooms are en suite and 2 share a bathroom. Private pool and jacuzzi. Sleeps 8 to 10. Perfect for those larger families.
Villa Umdoni is a Luxury 5 star self catering Villa, consisting of 4, en-suite bedrooms. Private Rim-flow pool with entertainment deck and Spectacular Views. The villa has a sauna as well as a jacuzzi for that added luxury feeling. ‘Come be our guest’.
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
1. Check in is after 14H00.
2. Check out is before 10H00.
3. For security reasons, no guests are permitted to have any day visitors at the Villa.
4. The maximum occupancy for the Villa must be adhered to at all times. A penalty of R1000 per person will be imposed if this rule is not followed.
5. NO loud music is permitted in the estate. Music may be played at a reasonable level and must be stopped by 10pm.
6. STRICTLY NO PARTIES are to be held at the Villas.
Eden Rock Forest Estate reserves the right to evict guests that do not comply with this rule and a penalty of R2000 will be charged. NO ONE night bookings are allowed. BREAKAGE FEE R3000 breakage deposit is payable at least 2 days prior to arrival and will be refunded within 3 days of departure. 100% refund if cancelled more than 2 months before booking commences 75% refund if cancelled 1 months before booking commences 50% refund if cancelled 3 weeks before booking commences 25% refund if cancelled 1 weeks before booking commences 0% refund if cancelled in the week before booking commences.
From King Shaka International Airport King Shaka Dr, La Mercy, 4407 Get on N2 from M65 Follow N2 to R102 in Uswani. Take exit 93 from N2 Turn left onto R102 Eden Rock Forest Estate Old Main Road, Pennington, 4184 Take the N2 southbound, and keep on moving South until you reach the Sezela Offramp. At the end of the offramp, turn left. The estate is about 3 km’s from this point, on this road. Look out for the signs to Selbourne Golf Estate, Eden Rock Estate is the gate directly after Selborne, on the left. Security will direct you from there.
