-  Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

From Cape Town International Airport: - Exit the airport on Airport Approach Road, merge onto Settlers Way/N2 and proceed for 8.7 km; - Take Exit 9 to merge onto the M5 towards the N1/Milnerton and proceed for 2.9 km; - Use the right lane to take the exit towards Koeberg Road/M5 and proceed for 120 m; - Keep right at the fork to continue on Exit 7, follow the signs for the M5/Milnerton/N1/Paarl and proceed for 500 m; - Keep left, follow the signs for the M5 and proceed for 230 m; - Keep right to continue on Koeberg Road/M5, follow the signs for Milnerton/N1/Paarl and proceed for 2.8 km; - Turn left onto Boundary Road and proceed for 650 m; - Turn right onto Marine Drive/R27 and continue to follow the R27 for 7.7 km; - Turn left onto Marine Drive and proceed for 1.3 km; - At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Otto du Plessis Drive/M14 and proceed for 3.5 km; - At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Big Bay Boulevard/M120 and proceed for 110 m; - At the roundabout, take the second exit and you will see the entrance to the Eden on the Bay complex ahead on the right-hand side; - This is apartment 125 Eden on the Bay.
