NO SMOKING. * Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. * The property has stairs. * When the Vervet Monkey troop is in the area, please be conscious of leaving food out on the kitchen counters with the doors open. A young monkey will not be able to resist the temptation. We have lived harmoniously with them for years and have personally never had an issue, rather enjoying their antics, so please be responsible and permit us and other guests to continue to do so. * Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the house. * Please switch off lights and appliances when not in use to save electricity, but please turn on the exterior lights during hours of darkness., and off again in the morning. * When using the fire place in the lounge, please place the spark guard on the fire place at the end of the evening and before going to bed. * Children must be supervised at all times. * Please report any damage or problems as soon as possible. * Most importantly, relax, feel at home, and enjoy your stay!
