Diemersfontein Wine and Country Estate has 14 en suite bedrooms with several other rooms with shared bathroom facilities.
Set around the magnificent manor house gardens, or in one of our three estate cottages Blue Gum, Hanepoot and Tulani each with their own fireplace, kitchenette and verandah, overlooking the vineyards and farm dam.
All rooms and cottages are furnished in a comfortable country style and are ideal for those preferring privacy and independence.
There is an option of single or double/twin beds throughout.

We are able to take up to eight people for rides through the most beautiful mountain trails in the midst of the fynbos.
We are fortunate to have the goodwill of neighbouring farmers allowing us to ride peacefully and safely in our magnificent area.

Our chefs offer a variety of menus that can be amended to suit your specific requirements. A variety of set menus are available for your perusal.

The Diemersfontein Conference Centre once used by the estate as a large fruit-packing shed (Pakhuis), has retained its rustic charm with oregon pine-beamed ceiling and original cold storage room doors.
This well-equipped conference centre, with air-conditioning, entertainment area, all modern conference equipment and a large veranda overlooking the horse paddocks and farm dam, continues to provide a platform for great ideas and strategies.
Conference delegates can unwind in our tranquil, country surroundings, leaving the stresses of city life behind and enjoying a complete change of environment.
Our banqueting venue comfortably accommodates 80 people with dancing and 100 without dancing.
Menu prices exclude hire of function hall and gardens, all tables, chairs, linen, crockery and cutlery for up to 120 persons.
An additional fee is charged for the abovementioned items.
From Cape Town:
- Take the N1 north until you reach exit 47.
- Take this exit and turn left onto the R44 which you follow in the direction of Wellington (left) for 28km. Do not turn off this road.
- You will pass various turnoffs and crossroads, which you should bypass, until you reach a long uphill stretch, with the town of Wellington on your left.
- You will arrive at a T-junction with the cemetery on your right. Turn right and drive downhill for approximately 1km.
- You will see the signs to Diemersfontein on your left.
