I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure, Dennis Road Guesthouse is like a little oasis in the city. Beautiful tranquil setting, with lots of trees which encourages the natural bird life to the property, absolutely delightful.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and more than adequately equipped and Barbara is a joy to deal with.

We would definitely recommend it.

The suite was bigger than I expected & the white bedding & towels luxurious. The hostess, Barbara is very hospitable. I will defintely stay there again if I'm in the area.

I was very impressed by the tranquil setting of the guest lodge. It was hard to tell I was still in the heart of JHB. The private patio was exceptional leaving us feeling somewhat sad to leave. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get away, but does not want to travel miles to get there.
