* Rates are per person, include VAT @ currently 15% and are quoted in SA Rand (subject to change without prior notice).
* All reservations require a 20% deposit pre-payment via Credit Card - MasterCard and VISA via the link that will be provided after booking, or bank transfer to South African or German bank accounts. on the date of booking, with the balance due no later than 28 days before the arrival of guests.
* The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
* We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
* All requests, confirmations and cancellations are only valid if in writing.
* Provisional bookings will only be held for the period of time stated on the provisional confirmation; the booking will automatically be released. This also applies to premature Last Minute and Super Last Minute bookings.
* No pets allowed.
* Strictly non-smoking/vaping in the entire house, except on the balcony and rooftop terrace.
* Cots/Cribs are not available - please supply your own of needed.
