The villa is serviced Monday through Friday and is fully equipped with air conditioning for your ultimate comfort. Living and Dining: Relax in style in the main lounge, open-plan kitchen, and dining area, all of which lead onto the terrace and pool. The open-plan living area is tastefully designed with a dining area for eight guests, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and a comfortable sofa area for ten guests. No Pets Unfortunately, pets are not permitted due to health and safety considerations. 4. No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. 5. Pool Usage The pool is maintained at approximately 21 - 22°C for your comfort. Please use it responsibly. 6. Security Fencing The property is fitted with electrified fencing. Do not touch or interfere with it. 7. Alarm System For assistance with the alarm system, please contact housekeeping or the host. 8. Doors and Security Always keep doors closed and secured to ensure your safety and prevent unauthorised access. 9. Guest Limit Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in a R20,000 penalty fee. 10. Furniture Please do not move furniture to avoid damage. 11. Electronics Do not tamper with or adjust any wiring, particularly behind the main TV. 12. Care of Property Please handle all doors, gates, and fixtures with care to prevent damage.
