Casa Mia Guesthouse situated in the Bloubergstrand area, is an executive Tuscan styled villa with B&B and self-catering suites. We are approximately 5km to the beach.

Casa Mia is situated on the banks of the Rietvlei Nature Reserve. Here you will find flamingos, pelicans, herons, fish eagles, birds of prey and 150 other bird species frequenting our back yard.

The rooms facing the reserve offers an awesome uninterrupted view of Table Mountain.

Timeless elegance and warm hospitality is part and parcel of Casa Mia Guesthouse. A home-away-from-home for the business traveler or peaceful retreat for the holidaymaker.

Except for being a Bed and Breakfast, all our rooms, with the exception of the Presidential, are also semi self-catering with a microwave oven, fridge, 2-plate hob (without an oven) and the usual kitchen utensils.

Activities:

We have a swimming pool on site and the beach is approximately 5km away.
At the beach you will be able to surf and do kite surfing or kayaking.
There are also many popular restaurants all along the beach front.
The CTICC and Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is a 30 minute drive away.
From here you will be able to take a Topless Red Bus and explore Cape Town
without the stress of the traffic. Or you can take the cable car to the
top of Table Mountain.
Less than 10km away is the Durbanville Hills Wine Route where you can
explore the vineyards and do a bit of wine tasting, homemade cheese, olives
and fresh warm bread.

Health and Climate:

Our Summer days are long and very hot so you will require protection from the
sun like sunscreen and even a hat.
Our Winters are mild and mostly rainy so bring along your rain coat - alternatively
you can buy one at the travel section of any of our bigger stores.

CANCELLATION POLICY
0 to 7 days before the date of arrival you will be liable for 100% of the accommodation total.
7 to 14 days before the date of arrival you will be liable for 50% of the accommodation total.
15+ days before the date of arrival you will be liable for 25% of the accommodation total.
Advanced payments will be fully refunded on re-booked units, subject to a minimum of R150.00 cancellation fee as well as any other fees claimed by travel portals or agents in accordance with their published terms & conditions

Directions:

Directions from Cape Town International Airport via N2 & N7

Exit the airport and join the N2 toward Cape Town City Center. Take the 2nd turn off to the LEFT at EXIT 14 onto the M7 (Vanguard Drive). Turn RIGHT at the 2nd traffic light towards Goodwood and Malmesbury (N7). Be sure to stay on the N7 for 12km. After crossing over the N1, take the 2nd turn-off to the LEFT and onto the M14 Plattekloof Rd. At the robot turn left. At the 2nd traffic light turn RIGHT into KOEBERG Rd then LEFT at 2nd traffic light into Blaawberg Road M14. Along M14 Blaawberg main road turn LEFT at the 3rd traffic light into Study Road. At the 2nd 4-way STOP sign turn LEFT into Pentz Drive (not marked). Turn RIGHT into the 1st road we are No 11 Grebe Crescent, Flamingo Vlei.
