This apartment is part of the main house. It has a carpeted bedroom with a queen sized bed and plenty of cupboard space. One full, spacious and inviting bathroom is also available. This modern full kitchen has beautiful downlighting together with modern furniture through to the lounge area.

We have traveled widely and enjoy meeting new people, but also respect each others privacy. We are very happy to guide you on places of interests so that you have a great stay in Cape Town. We can arrange a housekeeper during the week to assist you, but please note that some activities will be an additional charge. The property is in quite a safe and secure suburb that is regularly patrolled by ADT security and private Pine Watch security - For the comfort of all the guests that may be staying on the property, we kindly request all guests to be considerate of the privacy of others.

Designer rooms offer a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Stunning downlighting highlights the theme of the room and the Cape Town city feel.
The room has a beautiful and spacious en-suite bathroom equipped with a large bath, shower and toilet and lots of cupboard space both there and in the bedroom. Robes, towels, linen and extras available for use. There is queen size bed and seating for two.
Plattekloof is well positioned. We are 25 mins from Constantia Village shopping centre. The V & A Waterfront is only 21 km On the N1.
The Stellenbosch Wine Route is 39 km where there many lovely historic farms with excellent restaurants.

We are 15 minutes` walk from respected restaurants like De Grendal Restaurant, De Kelder, Espana Burgundy, Cattle Barron, Caf Chameleon, Greens, Simply Asia and all are only a short drive from adventure spots, Gym and the Tygerberg nature reserve. Tygerberg is widely considered one of the most spectacular parts of the Cape with it new up and coming notes.
