Buckleigh Guesthouse is situated in Durban North on the east coast of Durban. The location allows you to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the lush, elite and peacefulness of this area.

Unwind and soak up the warm Durban sun whilst sipping on a refreshing tropical cocktail alongside our sparkling pool or enjoy sun-bathing or surfing the waves on South Africas finest beach front called the Golden Mile.

The Guest House offers accessibility to Durbans major attractions which includes the Moses Mabhida Stadium which hosted the 2010 World Cup Soccer matches. The Stadium is an architectural wonder which has a sky-car that transports one along the stadium arch to the highest point above the stadium [106m from the ground]. The stadium is just 10 minutes away from the guest house.

The guest house is 27 minutes from the Durban International Airport, and is 17 minutes away from the Largest mall in the Southern Hemisphere Gateway Theatre of Shopping, the beach [10 minutes away], Suncoast Casino and Entertainment World [11 minutes away], the Durban Country Golf Club [10 minutes away] and a stroll away from the Umgeni Bird Sanctuary.

The Umgeni Bird park is our closest Local attraction with a large variety of Birds on show as well as daily bird shows on offer.
The Blue lagoon which is very well known as a local fishing spot is about 8 mintues drive from us.

Shopping you say, well look no further, we are about a 17 minute drive from The Gateway Shopping Mall.

For the Sportsmen, we are in close proximity to The ABSA Stadium - Home to the Sharks Rugby Team, Moses Madibha Stadium, Durban Country Club & Golf Course & Kings Park Swimming Pool.
