Broadlands Country House is a beautifully renovated colonial style farmhouse that is both authentic and unique.

The Guest House is situated on a working citrus farm in the heart of the Sunday River Valley, bordering the (malaria free), internationally renowned Addo Elephant National Park, and several other world-class Game reserves in the Eastern Cape.

The welcoming scent of orange blossoms greets our guests on entering our tree lined orchard avenue.

Our guesthouse provides a unique African oasis setting, overlooking the lake, swimming pool and a panoramic view of endless gardens and offers guests sanctuary from the hectic pace of everyday life and an opportunity to revitalise their spirits in a magnificant African setting.

Activities:

We also own a magnificent game lodge about 20km from the farm and can only be accessed by a 4x4 vehicle.

This lodge provided fantastic game-viewing and bird-wathing opportunites. Hiking is also a must!

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% Cancellation charge for total accommodation reserved if cancelled 7 or fewer days in advance; (this is also applicable to all “no-shows” and premature departure);
• 75% Cancellation charge for total accommodation reserved if cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival;
• 50% Cancellation charge as outlined above if cancelled between 15 and 21 days prior to arrival;
• 25% Cancellation charge as outlined above if cancelled between 22 and 30 days prior to arrival.

Broadlands Country House is roughly 90km from Port Elizabeth on the R336. Airport transfers are available to and from the airport.
