This journey is a "New Beginning" for Brenaissance as well as a contrarian introduction to agriculture into a predominantly wine growing region - Stellenbosch. With their strong belief in diversification and sustainable farming, Tom and Hayley are delighted to bring this unique breed to the Western Cape.
"Our aim is to breed the best quality Boran cattle not only in the Western Cape area but nationwide. Through "cherry-picking" the best quality female animals from around SA, (based on stringent selection criteria) coupled with the selection of a diverse range of breeding bloodlines, we then individually implement selective breeding with the very best stud sires in the country, resulting in extremely strong and balanced foundation for a very exciting and successful future and offering to all existing as well as future breeders."Brenaissance Restaurant Open Times:Summer:
